Late 50s / early 60s ‘Wendy’ dress. Green and red flower pattern. Lovely draped fabric / scarf effect at the back with fabric gathered at the top of the bodice. Fabric is synthetic and drapes / falls nicely. Waist - 25” Bust 32” but a little bit of fullness to the cups, so up to 34” Top of straps to waist - 14” Top of bodice to waist - 10” Waist to hem - 26” Good overall condition. The straps have been shortened at some point and have been restitched quite crudely. Found one tiny hole (pictured) and a few stitches on the neckline which might be a repair? Underskirt has been cut (perhaps the whole dress was shortened) and left with raw edge, bit jagged and could do with being hemmed but doesn’t notice when worn.
