We only have access to Vinted between 9am-5pm Mon-Sat - if you get in contact with us outside of those hours, we will endeavour to get back as soon as possible
As all of our items are second-hand donations, we may not be able to answer questions about sizing etc, and whilst we ensure that all items are checked for quality we may sometimes miss out any defects
