Sugar Und Salt Designs was the result of a battle with a stain that would not come out, and then discovering all the ways I could upcycle artistically and save garments.
I started out in other mediums, getting my BA in painting and my MFA in Spatial Arts. For the last 6 years my love of transforming clothes-- saving them from the landfill--has continued to grow along with my knowledge of ways to do it.
