Once a package is shipped, it is out of my control.

* if your item is lost in transit, I WILL REFUND YOU.
Wrong Address
* If you provided me the wrong address and notify me about it before I ship your item, I WILL refund you and YOU can change your address to the correct one.
* It is not my responsibility to change YOUR address.
* If you did not realixe you provided me the wrong address AFTER I shipped your item, THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. PLEASE CONTACT USPS, NOT ME.

* I message EVERY buyer right after a purchase.
* I do this to create open communication between me and the customer for important notifications.

* These are more like little trinkets. Often home made or bought.
