Subject: Update on Collection Codes
Hi there,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m really sorry, but I recently updated my mobile number, and the verification codes haven’t been sent to my new number. I’ve already requested Vinted to resend them, but I can’t collect anything until I receive those codes.
Additionally, the email associated with my account seems to be having issues, as it is only receiving some of the collection codes, and the one I currently have isn’t valid.
I appreciate your understanding as I work to resolve this matter so I can proceed with the collection of my purchases.
